Alien Abduction & Sleep Paralysis
Written on Jan 14, 2009 // .Alien abductions have become a household name since the time of Betty and Barney Hill’s abduction. Numerous books have been published and numerous accounts of abductions have been reported. People from different countries have surfaced and shared their often terrifying stories of abductions.
One of the things that abductees experience is sleep paralysis, many of them remember being abducted during their sleep.
Sleep paralysis is a state wherein you are fully conscious but you’re unable to move. Meaning your mind is awake, you can open your eyes a little, you can hear everybody around but you can’t move. This usually happens before falling asleep or shortly after waking up.
For abductees, sleep paralysis mean a different thing. Whenever the paralysis occur, a team of aliens will shortly arrive and perform experiments on them. Some of the abductees will have vague memories of what happened after the paralysis and will only remember them after hypnosis is done.
During hypnosis the abductees undergo a regression session where they are taken back to the time of the paralysis or abduction. Only then, memories of being taken out of their bedrooms and into a spaceship will start emerging. Often, abductees will have a hard time trying to accept what just happened to them because of all the experiments done. Some of them were even subjected to cross breeding.
I found this very interesting video featured in National Geographic where the abductees experienced sleep paralysis before being abducted.
Whether they are real or not, paralyzing the abductees seems to be a very logical thing to do. The aliens will be able to experiment on the subject while keeping them awake. Maybe the aliens wants to know how your mind and body will react to the experiments.
Based on the abductees descriptions, the Greys are the ones who are mostly performing abductions and experiments.
If they were around for quite some time, I don’t see any reason why the haven’t found out whatever it is that they’re looking for? There are numerous abductions reported and almost all of them experienced the same procedure. Unless these greys are so dumb and they don’t have any servers or anything to store their file, which I doubt, I don’t think there shuold be any need for abductions anymore.
Another alternative is for the Government to start disclosing the truth about aliens. That way abductions can be avoided and people can be saved from a lifetime of trauma. Once the truth is out, all this will end. We can just give them any info they need and in turn they will give us all the info we need. A mutual healthy relationship.

Jan 14, 2009, 2:45 pmIt isnt just about knowledge in abductions small implants are often found up the abductees noses or in the skull etc I think it must be some kind of trackng device so they can keep tabs on a person thru out their lifetime maybe seeing how the human body ages etc.

Jan 14, 2009, 8:40 pmThe problem with your theory that they can stop abductions and just get info by sharing and consent is, that their are alot of people with different curiosities and alot of this information and individuals is not common knowledge.
I also don’t think aliens are in contact with the government. There is no way of asking them, and I’m sure abdcuteee’s have tried to commuincate with these beings during their brief contact.
The government maybe doing some covering up, but it has to do with stolen technology and knowing those who could be a threat to national security. It could be with someone here on earth who is hiding their own technology. Some very good footage of some rockets that were called UFO’s. I’ll try and find them again. The question is, whose rockets are these? I do know there is commerical rockets going up in Houston, TX, and made in Kent, WA. But are these commercial rockets are military of someone else?

They want to see us change into peaceful beings rather than kill each other off like barbaric animals that we are today. They look at us like royalty.. We have 15 different alien races inside our DNA.They use technology to hold their house in place, In our reality, we use our minds to hold our house. We created and keep creating. When it does happened to me I can hear myself thinking (wake up wake up) sometimes my boyfriend will be next to me and even by the sound of his voice I’ll be awoken .. Bt thiers times when I get sleep paralysis and my boyfriend is also asleep.. I start to hear voices they tell me crazy things more like commands once I heard them say “come forth” I tried to move but I could only get my eyes half way open.. That wasn’t the only time it happens to me. When I do snap out of it I move towrds my boyfriend and I feel somewhat more safer. When I’m alone and sleepy I just get so scared I don’t even want to close my eyes.. I don’t know why this happens.

Jan 14, 2009, 8:05 ami think im not sure but it felt really real to me back in 1996 ,i thought i had woken up in my sleep for just a minute, i looked up into a big round eye alien it was pulling something out of my nose,it was hurting i think thats what woke me up, i was on a big table like metal of sort with brite lights and i was able to look around see other aliens walking around ,im very serious , i looked straight into the one pulling that thing out of my nose it looked at me ,big round kind of eyes,then i was i think asleep again, im not sure if this was just a dream but its been in my minds ever since that night i woke up the next day kind of scred remembering what happened to me. i blew it off but it still lingures in my mind.

Jan 14, 2009, 4:13 amOne night I had trouble sleeping. As I started to fall asleep, my entire body began to tingle and then it went completly numb. After that I floated off the bed and into the living room. I still couldn’t move my body. I remember floating to the top of the ceiling, I was able to lift my head up a little and I saw a bright orb of white light. The next thing I remember was being back on the bed and slowly sitting up.
Like I said, I just saw the light. Didn’t see or hear anything elese.

Jan 14, 2009, 9:22 pmI am a victim of sleep paralysis all the time. One time quite recently I felt like someone, (or something,) was reaching into my right lung. When I woke up there was nothing there, yet I still felt a strange pressure on the right side of my abdomen.
This morning my experience was worse than it has ever been. I felt like the paralysis went on for nearly 10 minutes and every time I came out of it I fell right back into it. In the corner of my living room I could’ve sworn I saw an alien in a black cloak of some sort standing next a woman in some kind of red cloak with designs on it. My vision was blurry so I couldn’t really tell what her face looked like or what her hair color was. Again, when I awoke there was no one there. I’m not sure if this was a hallucination due to my fear of aliens or something that actually happened. Either way it’s a little peculiar that I never connected the two until this incident.

Jan 14, 2009, 10:48 pmlies. i suffer from sleep paralysis syndrum. it is a neurological disorder that blurs dream and reality can cause hallucinations while falling asleep or wakeing. i am not saying aliens dont exist just that in this case there is an explaination.

Jan 14, 2009, 1:13 amit happens to me all the time i fall a sleep and wake up but can’t move any part of me and when i try scream it is so hard to do and no one hears u all i see is darkness noting more i watched something on tv bout it, it tells u the reson something got to do with ghosts visiting u which that has happen to me but as they say ur body is sleep and the brain is active thats why it happens its like a switch

Jan 14, 2009, 2:03 pmi now understand, what happen to me was sleep paralysis because i cannot move my body as if they were carrying me away from my bed. but im really sure what happen to me that maybe it was 3:00am. they want my husband and my son but i told them thru mind communication that don”t but choose me instead. i realized they agree and as if i saw some of them around me. i felt the needle they inject on some parts of my body and it really hurts. maybe they realized its hurting me so they stop and i suddenly woke up so nervous and so scared.

But the main reason I wanted to comment is because I suffer sleep paralysis atleast once a month. Its a very scary experience, but I never connected it with Alien abductions. Its just too hard not to think about it after you brought it up. But like you said would be very smart for these other beings to paralize their subjects.
When experiencing sleep paralysis I always seem to wake up and then a few seconds later I snap out of it. I haven’t really thought about this untill now but if this relates with alien abductions then maybe after I am returned to earth I wake up while the “paralizing medicine” is wearing off. I know this sounds like complete bogus but like I said, If sleep paralysis relates to alien abductions then I dont see why this wouldnt be a legit reasoning.

Jan 14, 2009, 11:29 pmim nearly 18 an i get this loads, it used to really scare me but now i just try to relax and take it in. ive had so many different types of experiences some of my first was things like getting shot from my bed straight into the sky very fast i got scared an started breathing heavy which woke me up, others ive had are aliens or something which i thought was a relative and when i notice they arnt acting like my relative, they jumped on me pinned me down and sort of tried biting me or putting something in my mouth and i struggled and turned my head to the side this is where i woke up but still struggling to move. had another one where i went to bed early an could clearly hear my mate just talking to another mate in his room but he lives about 10 miles from me but still to this day i kind of believe i really did hear his conversation, ive had plenty more some quite scary but the last one i had which was last night was just me happily raving to music exactly how i wanted it almost right next to myself in bed
… i really do have an open mind and i wouldnt go to the doctor or anything about this i just talk to down to earth mates about it. and hopefully if aliens or beings, spirts etc are contacting us lets just hope they are nice peacefull beings unlike most the people here on Earth. Jan 14, 2009, 1:14 amI have been experiencing sleep paraylisis ever since I was a child. My experiences range from feeling extreme pressure on my chest to the point I feel like air is being sucked from my lungs or sometimes I feel like my skull is being crushed. The entire time I just pray and pray for it to stop. I can see but I can’t move a thing . Just before it happens I hear a weird sound that sounds like a loud humm or wind. It was so bad that I would sleep with bibles hoping for extra protection because I have always been told that it was demons. In 2009 I had the worse one ever. This time I had fallen asleep on my stomach and when I tried to wake up I could not move at all and all I could see was pitch blackness. I knew I was awake because I could hear my children playing in the front yard ; anyhow I felt a skinny body under mines and it moved as though it was humping me and I felt long skinny fingers slide into my hands and grip mine . This went on for a minute and then I snapped out of it. It was the worse. In all my years nothing had ever touched me like that, it had been the regular paralysis . I haven’t experienced that since but I still have episodes of sleep paralysis. I was raised to be God fearing but I just don’t know what this is. I want to believe its demonic but I’m thinking it just may be something else. I meet a lot of people that experince sleep paralysis. They all usually see dark figures over them but I haven’t and I don’t want to see it either. My experiences are terrifying enough.
