I thing that it is nearly inevitable that there is extrarestrial life. And to know if an alien would be smart is if you find one on our planet. Because how else would it have gotten here without a spaceship, and to make a space ship you need to be smart in many things. that shows with brains it would have power and like Taylor said, " they may be friendly". WRONG! the government wouldnt want veryone in the country to start panicking or the it would go hectic and insane. Tim said" they would monitor us" Highly possible. If an alien species is smart enough to come to our planet, chances are they will watch us to see how powerful we are. Considering the odds that they exist, i believe all theories and stories that people tell. Now if i saw an alien my pant would probably drop from the amount of crap in them from being scared because i do not know them.
